Coremaking
Using round grain new silica sand for all cores along with Ester Cured Phenolic resins, high quality no bake cores are produced to meet today's demanding applications. This combination of sand and resin is especially resistant to carbon pick-up when cast in low carbon stainless steel alloys where surface carburization is a concern. Our expert core makers are very experienced in successfully producing cores for some of the most complex castings, especially impellers. Specialty aggregates are used for the most demanding casting requirements.
