Casting Quality Assurance Capabilities
The ProCast Foundry is ISO 9001:2000 Certified. You can be confident that all castings are of the highest quality and conform to ASTM specification requirements. Material certifications for chemistry and tensile strength are performed by in-house and third party testing labs. Dye penetrant and x-ray inspection is also performed by third party facilities. AOD and VOD ingot is used for many alloys enhancing properties for both strength and corrosion resistance.
